The Resort is made up of 4 twostorey building complexes. All of them have a lift and direct access to the garage. The complex consists of 87 twobedroom tourist apartments with kitchen, livingdining room, bathroom, terrace and allocated parking space. The apartments have large terraces. The second floor apartments have a 37 m 2 solarium on the upper floor. The apartments are bright and cosy. Equipped with all the comforts you need, they are perfect for relaxing after a day of sun and sea. They are fully furnished, with air conditioning, heating, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge, washing machine, 4ring hob, oven and microwave. The residential complex has an outdoor swimming pool with garden areas and a bar that is open during the summer months.
The residential complex is surrounded by breathtaking natural surroundings, such as the Sierra de Almenara, Moreras, Cabo Cope, Puntas de Calnegre and Calabardina. You can enjoy walks along the coast, hiking trails and the beauty of the local flora and fauna. In Calabardina there are several internationally recognised diving centres. The CIMAR Sea Interpretation Centre Aquarium Águilas offers visitors the chance to enjoy a fascinating aquatic exhibition, explore a real fishing boat open to the public and tour an extensive museum area. Of special interest is the Águilas Carnival, which was declared a Festival of International Tourist Interest in 2015.
This region has a microclimate characterised by an average annual temperature of 18 degrees and a relative degree of aridity, with average rainfall of less than 340 mm and more than 3,000 hours of sunshine per year. It is located between the Costa Blanca (Province of Alicante) and the Costa de Almería.
The residential complex has an excellent public transport service, which facilitates access to other points of interest in Águilas and its surroundings. With stops nearby, you can move around comfortably and explore all that this wonderful region has to offer. The city of Murcia can be reached by motorway in 1 hour from Águilas. The city of Cartagena is 50 minutes away by road. La Manga del Mar Menor is 1 hour from Águilas Beach Residences. Murcia airport is 50 minutes from the complex. Almeria airport is 1 hour and 20 minutes from Águilas.
