Coastal Apartment

This is a two storey apartment in the coastal town of Muros de Nalón. Located on the outskirts of this small coastal town, the property is only 1km to the beach and either a 2 minute car ride or a leisurely 20 minute walk. There's parking in front of the apartment and nice views of the park opposite. The apartment was originally a duplex with both floors connecting via internal stairs, however the current owners have closed off the stairwell to create more space for the dining area. Therefore, the lower floor of the apartment is accessed via it's own entrance. The stairwell could be opened up once more to connect the two floors if one wishes.

On the upper floor is the main accommodation, the front door opens into an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The fully fitted kitchen to the left incorporates upper and lower cabinets, an electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, washing machine and fridge-freezer. There's a small breakfast bar on the wall to the right and beside this is the dining area with room for a table and four chairs.

The lounge is behind the dining area and has access via patio doors onto a spacious balcony and then steps take you down to the private patio area, exclusive to this apartment. There are also two double bedrooms and a shower room on this floor. The apartment has double glazed windows, central heating and lovely wooden floors throughout, except in the shower room which is fully tiled. The property is being sold fully furnished and ready to move into.

The lower floor is accessed by going back into the entrance lobby and down the stairs. This floor has a second shower room and a large open room which could be a third bedroom with it's own en-suite shower room. The community fees for this apartment are 120€ a month. There are only six apartments in the block and it's very quiet.
