Rural tourism properties

This sale includes four properties in the same village which are being sold together and would suit someone who's looking to run a rural tourism business. There are three houses which are fully restored and habitable and one which still needs to be renovated. The houses are on the edge of a small aldea about 12km from the popular tourist town of Proaza which is well known for it's Senda del Oso.

The houses are laid out as follows: The yellow house is built on 4 floors, with the ground floor being a large garage and workshop space. The orange house is right next door to the purple house and this has three storeys, including a loft space. There a small storage unit beneath the patio which is in front of the orange house. From this elevated patio there are lovely views of the surrounding hillsides. The front door opens directly in the kitchen and dining area. The stairs from the rear of the kitchen lead up to a narrow lounge and off this are three bedrooms and a shower room, There's also access from here to the lost space under the roof.

Finally the sale includes a lovely wooden hórreo which is situated in front of the orange and purple houses. This hórreo could also be used as another bedroom and there's a handy parking space beneath it. Additionally there are two fincas included with this property they are some distance away from the village and can be accessed by car. One finca is 4000 square metres and the other is 2000. There's an old cabin located on one of the plots which could be restored to offer a further property to add to the rural tourist business.

Ideally the owner would like to sell all of the properties and land together, however this sale can be split. The blue house and the fincas can be bought for 100,000€ and the orange and purple house plus the hórreo can be purchased for 200,000€. To buy the whole complex the price would be 600,000€ negotiable.

On the opposite hillside is a well known hotel and restaurant called Cieloastur, this business is open all year round and caters for people looking for adventures, climbing, hiking, kayaking etc, so there are lots of activities in the area and these properties offer an independent alternative to the hotel accommodation.
