We are delighted to bring to the market this beautifully presented and totally reformed ground floor apartment with private garden. It enjoys panoramic views of the 18 hole Jack Niklaus designed golf course, communal gardens and one of the five lakes.

There are lovely open views of the golf course fairways and tee boxes as well as one of the five lakes.
Returning to the inside of the property, the kitchen is located to the left of the front door. It has an abundance of storage in a range of high gloss white cabinetry with handleless doors, oven, induction hob, extractor, built-in fridge / freezer and dishwasher.
