This is a three-floor building that was originally a bank and still has the vault inside. It would make three beautiful apartments that would each have, ideally two but could easily be three bedrooms each. The work necessary is not overwhelming as the structure is built from high-quality materials and the roof is in excellent condition. We see no problems in the plans for the three apartments being approved and the location is as good as it gets with plenty of on-street parking available. The owners realise the price is prohibitive and will listen to offers. In our opinion, there is an opportunity to create three quite special apartments all having loads of natural light and the first and second floor with good views across the town whilst the ground floor could generate interest from senior buyers and those with mobility issues. Presently, there are very few apartment blocks in Salinas that are modern and aimed at the younger, higher earners. I would like to see three apartments pushing the market ceiling, especially with an address like The Bank. So, I am thinking of selling prices in the 70,000€ range.
