This is a huge townhouse on three floors with another very small property attached. The ground floor is in very decent condition but needs changes to the distribution to make it into two good sized apartments, probably a 2 Bed and a 3 Bed.The first floor wants some serious work and we were not able to get a decent view of the roof. There is a smell of damp but the property has never been finished and has been empty for many years but we couldn´t see any obvious damp parts. The basement is another massive space with what looks like a complete original olive press which would make the most amazing feature and the area is being used as a garage but it could also be a garage and a 1 Bed Apartment if a viable option.
