This Cortijo is located below the village of Yegen, the property is accessed via a track that is easily passable using a 4x4 vehicle. It is a very private spot ideal for anyone who wants peace and quiet, but not too far from the village.
There is a water deposit on the land, which feeds the house and provides water for irrigation. In the recent past much of the land has been cultivated in an eco-friendly manner, the new owners could easily carry this on. The land, terraced in many places is manageable and there is a wide variety of trees, bushes, herbs etc. plus a vegetable plot. The roof was updated a few years ago.
