Coastal Indiano property in Asturias
Large and impressive three storey coastal house. This style of property is called an Indiano home, they typically have large rooms with high ceilings and a gallery along one side with lots of windows. This property also has a covered porch at the side underneath the gallery and has many original features including the doors and windows, wooden floors and wide staircases.

Accommodation
From the rear of the property the door opens into a large kitchen which is functional, but would require modernisation. From the kitchen you enter a hallway, straight ahead are the lounge and the door which opens onto the porch. To the left is a corridor which leads to the front door and off this corridor are three large double bedrooms. To the right of the hallway is the staircase which goes up to the first and second floors. further five bedrooms can be found on the first floor as well as a toilet and the long gallery which runs the whole width of the property.

Up on the second floor there are another six rooms, which are more basic and would need some renovation work to make them comfortable and.habitable, but this adds up to many rooms and so much space for a large family, a guest house or AirBnB type accommodation. The large window at the rear of the second floor looks out onto the 5000 sqm garden and the views of the sea beyond.

The land is very flat and covered in grass so it's easy to maintain and creates a lovely large private space around the house. There are a few fruit trees on the land including avocados, figs, lemons, pears, apples grapes and plums as well as some bamboo. There's also a handy garden shed on the land. The whole garden has a brick wall running around the perimeter and a large wooden gate at the side as well as an ornate iron gate at the front of the property facing the main road.

The roof of the property was renovated around 20 years ago and there are no problems with leaks of any kind. The house is connected to mains electricity however there is no bathroom in the property except a toilet and washbasin on the first floor and another toilet, washbasin and shower behind the store room to the left of the covered porch.

The house is located on the coast to the west of Avilés and is only 1km from the beach at . The airport is just 8 mins by car and the cities are: Oviedo 35 mins, Gijón 31 mins and Avilés 19 mins away, so it's very close to everything but offers a peaceful and tranquil environment behind it's garden walls.
