Semi-detached town house
Semi-detached town house close to the coast. This property is perfect for a large family. There are five fully habitable bedrooms and a further four rooms to restore on the second floor of the property. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other has a bath, in addition there are two separate toilets with washbasins on the second floor.
As you enter the house on the ground floor from the street you walk into a large hallway, off this to the right is a dining room and to the left is a lounge which has access to the side entrance of the house, where it's possible to park a couple of cars. There're several more useful rooms outside of the main house. As you exit from the back of the property onto a large private patio, you'll see the various outbuildings along the right hand side. These are handy for storing the freezer, wood for the cocina de leña, building materials, gardening tools, patio furniture etc. At the opposite side of the patio from the house is the large covered outdoor kitchen area with a built-in BBQ and room for a huge dining table and several chairs. This space is perfect for friends and family gatherings.
Behind the patio is a hidden gem, a really nice garden which is currently laid with grass, but could be an ideal vegetable garden or even space for a small swimming pool. The garden is totally secure with walls around three sides and a tall fence along the fourth side.
This beautiful home is very close to the marina and the beaches at San Juan de Arena, being only 5 minutes drive. Furthermore the popular coastal town of Cudillero is also 10 minutes away. The airport is also very close, no more than a 10 minute drive.
