Garden
This house has a beautiful large, flat plot of land which runs all the way down to the border of the Nonaya river, you can hear it flowing past the house from the garden and from inside the house when the windows are open, it's a lovely relaxing sound. Location
The property is well situated between the towns of Salas and Cornellana which are both around 5 mins by car and have supermarkets, schools, petrol stations, banks, post office, pharmacy, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. Salas also has a medical centre and a weekly market. The larger towns of Grado and Pravia are only 15 minutes away by car so there are lots of places to buy the things you need and to enjoy a varied social life. The airport is only 25km and 20km from the beach of San Juan de Arena. Oviedo around 30 minutes away along the motorway.
