Straight back from the entrance is a dining room and sitting area, beyond which is an unreformed cave room that could be a 5th bedroom. To the right of the kitchen is a central hall which leads to a double bedroom and full bathroom. Further on are 2 single bedrooms, a storage room and a second entrance to the cave. With this second entrance, a separate unit could be set up for your visitors or as a holiday rental.

The property is fully powered with solar. It is also possible to be connected to the mains electricity. The property has mains water and a septic tank. Internet is currently connected.

The hamlet of Los Gallardos/Valcabra is a 9 minute drive to the village of Caniles. Caniles has basic amenities, restaurants, bars, a weekly market and community summer swimming pool. The larger, historical town of Baza is 15 min away, with lots of commerce, large supermarkets and the regional hospital. The Sierra de Baza mountain range is a 10 minute drive with wonderful hiking on shaded trails. The Via Verde cycle track is about ½ km away.

This property is perfect for someone who wants to be truly on their own and surrounded by nature yet not too far from the villages. Lake Negratin is 25 minutes away and is known for its community beach and thermal baths. Mojacar is one of the nearest sandy beaches and is approximately 1hr 20 away.

The nearest airport is Granada which is approximately 1h 15 away. Almeria is 1h 35, Murcia 1h 45, Alicante is 2h 25 and Malaga 2h 30.
