The plot has 18,000 square metres with spectacular views down the valley to the town of Almuñécar and the Mediterranean sea. There are some wonderful pine trees, plus some olive trees on the plot. It has a water supply from the water cooperative. Just 4 km, or 9 minutes by car, from the center of Almuñécar.
