The kitchen is to the left with 2 crafted wooden tables, the granite topped kitchen has an electric hob, oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboards; the fridge-freezer is in the spacious larder behind. The kitchen is open to the lounge, with cane curtains to shut it off if needed. In the centre of the spacious lounge a cast iron fire heats the house, plus electric radiators around. At the back of the lounge a door leads us to a double bedroom and a full bathroom. From the lounge we access the first bedroom (not used as such at the moment) , with a walk-in wardrobe and then the bathroom area with a private toilet & bidet area, an infra-red sauna room, the shower and sink area , the gymnasium and then a door out to the patio to the East . From the bedroom another door takes us to the office area which also has a door out to the East patio. On the other side of the patio we have the igloo or cave style master bedroom , everything is painted to blend in with the natural scenery. Close to the main house we have a large workroom, chicken run and a gravel driveway to park numerous cars plus a parking area with a pergola for 2 cars.
The next residential building has approx. 50 sq m, there is a gravel terrace at the entrance, a lounge-dining room, an open plan kitchen-dining room and lounge with a cast iron fireplace, a shower room and a master bedroom, a storeroom and a small porch. The roof of this building is a garden roof which maintains a constant temperature throughout the year.
The last of the residential buildings is a round studio with a double bed and en-suite shower room approx 35 sq m with a kitchenette. Some of the more exotic varieties of fruits have a trademark registration, as they are very expensive varieties which require permission for reproduction.
The property has mains electricity, plus solar panels for hot water in the main house. The water comes from a natural spring on the property, plus a legal well and also a share in the local farm irrigation cooperative. At the top of the property there is a water deposit for 125,000 litres and lower down, another one for 3,000 litres. The trees have automatic irrigation.
The property is near the wonderful El Canuelo natural beach in Nerja (5 Kms), and just 4 Kms drive from the main N340, via tarmac roads to the property except the very last 300 m. 11kms from Maro, Nerja (approx 20 minutes drive. 80 Kms to the Malaga Airport (just over 1 hour).
