This beautiful cortijo is located just outside Vélez-Rubio.

Vélez-Rubio is a small town surrounded by olive groves, almond fields and wheat fields. In Vélez-Rubio we find absolutely everything, such as pharmacists, doctors, supermarkets, car washes, all kinds of shops, schools and many bars and restaurants.

Upon arrival at the site, we immediately see the Casa Rural sign hanging on the electric gate through which we enter the site.
When we look around upon arrival we are short of eyes. To our left we have a garden house with the casita next to it which is used as Casa Rural, for us the main house with the swimming pool next to it and to our right the tennis court, the petanque court and the outdoor bar with terrace. We also find many trees on the site that provide shade, making it wonderful to relax outside even on hot summer days.

In addition to the outdoor bar with terrace, we go down a few steps and arrive at the enclosed tennis court with the petanque court next to it. These are also wonderfully shaded so you can play tennis or a game of petanque at any time of the day.
At the petanque court we go up a few steps and arrive at the back of the bar. Here we have a building with 2 doors right in front of us. One gives access to the sanitary area and the other to the swimming pool pump installation. The heat pump is located behind this building.

At the rear left of this building we have the swimming pool, which is completely surrounded by a terrace where there is more than enough space for beach chairs and tables. If we follow the road straight from the building we arrive at the rear of the building

Here we have a large free space with trees where it is possible, of course with permission from the city, to create some camper pitches. At the back of this open space, on the one hand we have a wooden garden house and on the right there is an enclosed piece of land with a coop where you can keep your own chickens, for example. If we continue to the left, we walk back to the front of the building via a passage with decorative ironwork.

When we enter the main house through a sliding glass door, we first come across a covered and fully glass-enclosed spacious terrace. If we leave this terrace and walk back to the entrance of the site, we arrive at the casita which has a license for a Casa Rural.
We enter the casita through the large sliding glass window and immediately enter the living space. On the right we have a first spacious room. In addition to this room we have the recently renovated bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and we also have the second spacious bedroom. At the end of the living room we have a spacious fully equipped kitchen.
This casita has central heating and air conditioning and has a key card to switch on the electricity.

What is important about this house is that it has its own electricity through solar panels, a heat pump, central heating, air conditioning, insulated exterior walls and of course the casita with a Casa Rural license.
