Straight back from the kitchen you enter a central hall with storage and office space. Almond Grove and Shade Tunnel
The separate plot of land has 40+ almond trees. A large shade tunnel is fully screened and is great for growing berries and veggies. There are also white grapes, black grapes, and pomegranate, fig, plum, cherry and apple trees. The planted areas are separated into different irrigation zones and watering is set up remotely controlled via phone app.

The solar system has been designed to run all the usual standard appliances ( Oven, Kettle, TV, Fridge , Induction Hob , Electric Heater, Hairdryer, Electronics, Lights, etc) up to a maximum of 3KW at any one time.

For backup, the solar hot water heater and the cooking can be switched to gas. There is a freestanding “wood-effect” Global DRU gas fire for quick heating or backup heating.
