Admittedly the two-floor casita needs some work to make it into a Guest House, but the property is so attractively priced that it is obvious that this has been taken into consideration.
The location is amazing with mountain views to three sides including the spectacular Peña Rubia Mountain to the rear. There are neighbours but when you are at the property you soon realize that there is absolute privacy, yet you are only five minutes’ drive to the town of Sax.
