The track to the house is narrow and passes between the cave house and the terrace and garage. This track continues through a small neighbourhood and exits up a hill onto a wide open plains with mountains in the distance. A beautiful community swimming pool and recreational park is just a 2 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk. There are a couple of nearby restaurants and basic shops. The lively Huéscar town center is a 5 minute drive with shops, restaurants, schools, a 24 hr health center, two theaters and a busy weekly market.
