The already renovated part consists of living rooms, 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and two kitchens.
The owners’ original plan was to convert the property into separate apartments; this can still be done but it would also make a great boutique hotel with public rooms and around 14 bedrooms depending on the architect’s design. The building's character and proximity to the Plaza Mayor would ensure this could be a very profitable business investment and there is the possibility of obtaining grants to help with the cost of conversion.
