Yegen is a picturesque village in the Alpujarras with all the amenities needed for daily life. The larger town of Ugijar is only a twenty minute drive away.

On this floor is a second fully tiled shower room with feature circular window, porcelain washbasin and wc. There are two further double bedrooms with rustic style built in wardrobes and a single bedroom. There is also a separate storage cupboard with shelving units that could be converted to an ensuite shower room.

Stairs from the first floor lead up to a wonderful large roof terrace, partly covered to offer shade on hot sunny days. There is also a stone built barbeque and fantastic views over the village and of the surrounding mountains.

The property is in excellent condition, has mains utilities connected and sold partly furnished.
