Berchules is a lovely village, with a couple of convienence stores, cafe/bars/restaurants, schools, hotels/apartments. Cadiar is the nearest village at a 15 minute drive away which has all the amenities that one would need including, shops, wifi shop, opticians, large building suppliers, schools, great health centre.

There are ceiling beams throughout the house and it is to be sold fully furnished so the new owner could move in immediately.
