Very occasionally we take on what we call a “box ticker”. All our clients have a tick list of several boxes and have to tick as many as possible. When I say “possible” it is almost impossible to tick every one unless you have an unlimited budget but, I think this is a contender.

This is an amazing property, it has so much natural light and the thought that has gone into the style and distribution is obviously the work of professionals. The Main house has lots of glass that opens up and let in the mountain breeze.
The location is fabulous, just a five-minute drive to Elda and Sax.
The 3 Bed 3 Bath Guest House is better described as a second house on the same plot as it is very spacious, and it would be easy to imagine two families living there.
