These rooms are above the house section of the property and they also maintain all the rustic charm and character of the property.The property is connected to mains drinking water as well as mains electricity. The cave dates back approximately 150 years, however it was extensively rebuilt about 12 years ago so is infact much more modern than it looks.The final part of the cave experience is through the other set of door on the front of the building. These lead to a workshop/storage room and then through a short hallway to the laundry area.The Plot:The villa sits on a large plot of 9656m2 and encompases from one end to another: a large front field, the pool area - this area has not been used for many years and this is an opportunity to completely renovate the pool, retile and modernise the pool terrace.
