Situated in the popular town of La Bobadilla in the Jaen province of Andalucia, Spain. This 3 bedroom property in the heart of the olive growing region of Andalucia is ready to move into and has just about everything you might need with some fantastic scenery as well. Enter the front door and into a small lobby with stairs to first floor on the left and a bedroom off to the right. Then straight ahead is a door to the sitting room and a corridor to the bathroom on the left. The kitchen is off the lounge and has access to the terrace with those splendid views. From the terrace you can go down some steps to a lovely, private, lower patio where the swimming pool is. There is a room under the terrace, used as a summer kitchen (we couldn´t gain access to this for photos and video.) Upstairs there is a sitting area with a balcony, off which are three large, good sized bedrooms. A lovely ready to go home waiting for new owners.
