This apartment comprises a good size lounge with dining area and open plan kitchen with patio doors leading out to terrace with sea views.

There is a bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe, air co unit ( hot & cold) and an ensuite shower room.
Bed linen and towels provided.
There is a sofa bed available for one or two small children at 50€ extra on top of the advertised weekly price.

There is also a 2nd family shower room and service room.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all kitchenware and crockery.

Front terrace equipped with table and chairs for outside dining and 2 reclining armchairs, there is also an manually operated awning.


IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.


The apartment is opposite one of the best beaches in Mojácar Playa and is in a residential complex with community swimming pool and garage space.

On the above Google map click on enlarge map and the exact location of the property in Mojacar Costa Almeria Andalusia is marked with the blue pin. It is in the south end of Mojacar with plenty of amenities within walking distance and the Ventanicas Beach right on the other side of the road.

Shops, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants and all amenities within easy walking distance.


Playa Las Ventanicas is a long stretch of fine sand beaches interspersed with beach bars all along offering parasol and sunbeds' for hire.

There is also a seafront promenade (2500m long) going from the Indalo Hotel to the Red Cross roundabout.
Along the promenade you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants.

Airports
Almeria airport is 1 hour 20 minutes’ drive, Murcia airport is 1 hour 20 minutes, Alicante airport is 2 hours and Malaga airport is 3 hours 15 minutes.
