At ground level and directly beyond the parking area is the tiled terrace which opens to well-maintained 8.5 x 4 pool with Roman steps at one end, there is plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing around the pool and easy access into the covered porch all this with fantastic views.

At the top terrace is pedestrian access to the ViaVerde footpath where you can walk to the local bar and town within 20-25 minutes from here. Also at the top terrace of land, are the photovoltaic solar panels and wind turbine, supplying the entire property with all of its electrical needs. The panels turn with the sun to get the maximum potential from the panels throughout the day, and the wind turbine assists with electricity generation on those rare cloudy days.

In the brick built shed houses the rest of the solar installation, including batteries and invertor, as well as a backup generator for absolute emergencies. This 48v system has been designed and installed to change from one power source to another as and when required, there is also a remote control panel in the kitchen.

The villa has lots of charm including the traditional wooden windows with shutters, fabulous high ceilings, mosquito netting and security grills. The property benefits from mains water and a septic tank, as well as super fast fibreoptic broadband.
