At 5 minutes drive we have Olula del Rio where we have these services such as a 24 hour health center, pharmacies, schools, shops and all kinds of commerce, large supermarkets such as Mercadona, sports and leisure centers, bars, restaurants, hotels, gas stations etc .weekly market on Thursday. Other nice typical Spanish villages in the immediate area include Purchena and Tijola. After about a 20-minute drive you will arrive in the larger, well-known market town of Albox.
When entering the house we enter the entrance hall where we find the first bathroom and bedroom, adjacent to the hallway. We also have the storage room here. On the right side of the entrance hall we have a staircase that takes us directly to the spacious roof terrace from where we have a spectacular view over the village. On the left side of the entrance hall we have the stairs that take us to the first floor.
Here we immediately enter the spacious living room/dining room. Behind this room we find the fully equipped kitchen in rustic style. If we continue walking, we arrive at the 2nd spacious bedroom and bathroom. Through the bedroom we also have access to the roof terrace where we find, among other things, a bar and a covered area to enjoy the view in the shade.
During the renovation, the entire electrical installation was also renewed.
