This beautiful renovated cortijo in Los Molinos (Albox) is an oasis of peace. The main market town of Albox is approximately 20 minutes drive away and offers all amenities including a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafes, tapas bars, restaurants, schools, banks, post office, sports facilities, a 24 hour medical center and two weekly markets.
Oria is just a 20-minute drive from this beautiful cortijo. The town offers all amenities including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, bakery, butcher, 24 hour medical facilities, pharmacy, petrol station, ironmongers and a weekly market every Sunday.

The plot is completely walled and closed with 2 gates. There is sufficient parking space for several cars. When entering the site, it is immediately noticeable how much attention has been paid to the construction of the outdoor space. There are several seating areas, a BBQ area, a beautiful swimming pool and a seating area covered with a grape vine that you can reach by walking over the bridge over the stream. When you are in the centrally located seating area, you can fully enjoy the tranquility and the rippling of the water of the natural waterfall.

When we enter the house we enter the beautifully finished dining room with the fully equipped kitchen on the right side of the dining room. On the left side of the dining room we have a door with large glass areas that takes us into the pleasant living space. The wood-burning stove is certainly a draw in this living space. The fireplace was completely finished with natural stone.
Next to the entrance door to the living space we have an opening that takes us to the office space, which has been partially incorporated into the rock behind it. If we continue up the stairs, we first arrive at the carefully finished bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. A little further down this stair hall, where you will clearly find accents of the rock against which the house was built, we have the spacious master bedroom. This bedroom also enjoys a spacious terrace.
If we go a little higher up the stairs, we have a separate toilet and 2 bedrooms.

If we leave the main house and walk past the sitting area covered with the grape vine, we pass a separate TV room. If we now follow the stream that runs through the entire site, we have a separate casita with large glass windows that has been tastefully decorated as an extra dining area, ideal for hosting parties and enjoying all the beauty of the site.
A little further on the site we have a separate building in which we find a fitted kitchen and a large storage space. This building would be perfect to convert as a separate guesthouse.

This property is a real hidden gem in Los Molinas and well worth a visit.
