This new construction project with a total of 20 villas is located in the exclusive, private urbanization called Roca Llisa.
The plans provide four different villa types, which vary in size and number of rooms. All houses will have their own infinity pool and parking (carport or garage) for two cars.
Moreover, all will have a basement, two villa types will be built in bungalow style, the other two over two levels.
In all villas, we will find a spacious living room with a (semi) open dining area and high sliding doors that lead to the pool terrace.
