This 2 to 3 bedroom house is situated in Fuensanta de Martos in the province of Jaen, Andalucia, Spain, within easy walking distance to the town centre where there are bars, shops, medical centre and a Town Hall. It Is in need of renovation. Enter through the front door into a sitting room with 1 bedroom off to the right. Straight ahead is the dining room with a kitchen to the right. The stairs to the first floor are on the left of the sitting room. On the first floor there are three rooms the smaller of which could be made into a bathroom. Out the back there is a small patio with a shed attached to the house which has a traditional fireplace. From the patio there are some steps up to a garden area which overlooks the house, it´s a nice project to get a traditional house at a good price. The electric and water supplies will need to be reconnected
