Villa with 3 Beds & 2 Bathrooms, Pool, Annex & Summer Kitchen. We are proud to present this stunning 3 Bedroom Villa with Pool, Barbecue and potential guest house, located in a peaceful area with the most amazing views surrounding the property.
Located 5 minutes from Macisvenda, a small village just inside the Murcia border and close to the Hondon Valley. In the village you will find a few cafes and restaurants and a small local shop.
The Villa is set on a plot of 2,106 metres, being virtually maintenance free with a large concrete driveway which leads around the entire property all the way back to the front.
The Villa has a covered Porch across the entrance, and there are two entrances here, one that leads into the kitchen and the other into the living area. As we enter the large kitchen, we have nicely finished red units and grey worktop, and fitted with a large double oven and hob with extractor fan, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer and water heater.
The kitchen leads into the living and dining area, with a feature log burner and metal flue and air conditioning machine for cold and warm air. From the living area we have the hall way which leads to three good size double bedrooms, the master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with bath, vanity unit and w/c and air conditioning for cold and warm air. The end of the hall we have the family bathroom, with shower, vanity unit and w/c.
All the windows are double glazed with pull down blinds, the floor tiles are matching throughout the villa, and there is an alarm system with camaras installed.
Outside we have an electric gate at the entrance, a large driveway across the front of the house with plenty on parking, and then the Summer kitchen. This area has a traditional log burner oven with gauge, and a large barbecue area with 8ft wide chimney, so you can use the barbecue and have your Paella on the portable gas hob next to it at the same time!
From here we move around to the fenced off swimming pool area, and the Pool is very unique! This Pool is 14 metres long by 5 metres wide, and has a sloped entrance which is around 5 metres long going down into the Pool, and goes down to 1.4 metres at the deep end. The pool pump and filter are houses in the annex building.
Overlooking the Pool area we have the Annex building, this was intended to be a guest room with bathroom, but never completed this way. It is currently used as a storage room, and the Soalr system housing. The building has the new solar system panels fitted above, there are 20 new panels fitted with huge storage batteries and the new system all stored inside the building in a separate room at one end, along with back up generator. The previous 4 solar panels are also connected to the new system. There is another entrance to the small room at the end of the building, this room has all the preinstallation for a bathroom already fitted, so there is potential to change this building into a small guest room with bathroom, and still have the same area inside for the solar system.
The property is completely fenced in, and has a selection of fruit and nut trees, including Lemon, Pomegranate, Almond and Figs.
There is a electricity connection close to the property if required, but the new solar system that has been fitted is sufficient for normal day to day living here throughout the year. Water is both agricultural and also drinking water, recently installed by the town hall. The property also has three separate septic tanks, one for the main house, one for the Pool waste, and a third for the Summer kitchen.
The Villa sits just inside the Murcia border, so purchase tax is cheaper here than in Alicante province, and the property sits in an area of great natural beauty, overlooking the lunar type landscape of Fortuna fading into the distance, whilst having 360 degrees views of the Murcian and Alicante mountains.
There are two Spanish restaurants and a Church that are 15 minutes walk from the villa.
The town of Macisvenda has everything you need for daily life, it has a great community with a lovely old Spanish feel.
The nearby Town of Hondón de los Frailes is less than 10 minutes drive, and has a large population of British, Dutch and Belgium residents with many English speaking Bars, Cafes and restaurants to choose from.
Murcia city and the large commercial retail park, along with IKEA are only 30 minutes drive from the Villa.
Alicante Airport is 45 minutes drive, and Murcia Airport is around 50 minutes.
