The building is not far from the town hall at the top of the town so the perfect location. This is a great apartment for the price in this town and could be a good investment if you wish to rent it out. Martos has everything - loads of bars and restaurants, local shops, supermarkets, theatre, parque and a great outdoor swimming pool. so just perfect for living full time, but this would be a great apartment for using for holidays..great lock up and leave and you can walk to everything.
