This property in the picturesque town of Cambil in need of renovation would make a great project, then home for somebody. Cambil is situated in the mountainous region of Sierra Magina in the province of Jaen, in Andalucia, Spain, and has lots of walking cycling and climbing routes. The town itself has plenty of amenities including shops, bars, restaurants, a builders merchant and a Town Hall. Having gone up the hill from the town centre you enter the property via a metal front door into the living room. Further on there is a lounge diner with large fireplace and ahead the kitchen with access to the back patio on the right which has steps to storage space, From the lounge diner there are stairs to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The front part of the first floor is owned by the neighbour and is therefore sealed off. Electric and water are available at the front of the property but not connected at the moment. A quirky property which is bigger than it looks in a great little town.
