There is another studio designed for disabled guests which just needs some cosmetic finishing and is currently used as a store room. The property has all mains services and a well which has such a good supply, even with the hotel at full capacity there is enough water. An ecological waste disposal system has recently been installed. All permissions and licences are up to date , in addition it is an official tourist information center. There is air conditioning / heating throughout. The land is mountainous with carob, oak, olive and almond trees and flat areas for the chicken run etc. It is completely fenced and gated.
