Coming down the stairs, you are met with the access to the solar electrics, and back down to the main house. The first doorway leads to an undeveloped cave, which is ideal for more storage. Back to the main area, you have the main door, leading into the living room, which is bright and airy, with a good quality pellet burner. This, being a cave house, provides more than enough heat for the whole house. There is a bathroom here, with underfloor heating, and doorways to the kitchen-diner, which is modern and spacious, and to the other side of the lounge, is the bedrooms. 1 has been converted to a work room, with the other two bedrooms being sufficient for double beds. There is a winter lounge area too here, with a couple of small chairs, and a final door to the 4th bedroom, which needs some finishing (floor and hiding the wires), but would be a fantastic large space for a master.
