We are proud to offer this lovely central apartment in Sax, being in the heart of the town, but also having views across the mountains. The apartment also has a lift. a garage with a storage room, a patio area (with utility room) with this patio having views across the valley, river and urban area. The whole apartment faces away from the town, and as such is much quieter than the apartments that are above the local bars.
As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a good security door, leading to the corridor with the bedrooms to the left, bathroom to the right, and the master en-suite in the corner. The next room is the kitchen, which is a good size. The living room is at the back of the apartment, so that the patio can be accessed from this room (via a small set of 3 stairs).
The apartment has hot and cold central air conditioning, and is modern, being built around 2010.
