Shops, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants and all amenities within easy walking distance.
Playa Las Ventanicas is a long stretch of fine sand beaches interspersed with beach bars all along offering parasol and sunbeds' for hire.
Seafront 2.5km promenade with a good selection of bars & restaurants
Access to this property is via Calle Melodía where you have the garage gate for entrance and also a pedestrian gate.
Access through garage will take you to the pool area and from there are 3 flights of steps to reach the apartment
Access from the top road ( Calle Bellavista) is an easier option if you do not mind parking the car on the road and going down only one floor down to find apartment.
