This garage was originally just 23 m2, but the builder and the coomunity allowed the owners to go right to the back of the buiilding, so it has room for maybe 3 cars, bumper to bumper. In the garage there is water & electricity and even drainage, so you can wash your car there. Access is via a nice wide community road.
The commuinity maintains gardens around the block and is preparing the swimming pool for use from 2023, as the builder left it incomplete.
This is a perfect property for someone who likes country life, with the comfort of easy access and amenities within a short distance. The town center is just 20 minutes walk and the beaches 5 more minutes, by car you can be at a choice of beaches within 5 minutes. There is also a bus service to Nerja & Frigiliana. The airport is just 40 minutes drive away.
