Directly off the living room, you will find an exceptionally large south facing wrap around terrace, guaranteeing all day sunshine, with views of palm trees and ocean.
The terrace is equipped with a large outdoor dining table, cushioned armchairs, and a 3-seater sofa, all of which are recliners. The dining section of the terrace is protected with retractable awnings, providing comfortable shade when needed. Further along the terrace you will find plenty of space to accommodate the 4 full length recliner sunbeds and parasol, also provided to enjoy peaceful sunbathing in privacy.

This lovely holiday let property is located in a residential complex called Oasis del Mar II, 2nd line to the beach and close to all amenities.
Access is via the community gate or the underground parking area.

This urbanisation is called Oasis del Mar II in Paseo del Mediterraneo by the Cueva del Lobo roundabout, opposite the seafront promenade at the south end of Mojacar Playa at the start of the well known beach of Ventanicas.

Ideally located - no car needed - plenty of amenities within walking distance and at the start of Ventanicas Beach, a long stretch of fine sand beach interspersed with beach bars all along offering parasol and sunbeds' for hire.

Shops, supermarkets, beach bars, restaurants and all amenities within easy walking distance.
2.5 km waterfront promenade where you will find a good selection of bars & restaurants.
