As you enter the land, there is a good size gate, which has wiring to it, so a motor could be easily added. The land is split into an area for the cars, and the rest of the land is fenced off, as the current owners have dogs. This means the dogs can stay out in the garden whilst friends or family can still bring their cars in and out without issue.
Towards the house, you go through a gate, and to the side there are two sheds, for storage, and there are also covered areas, ideal to enjoy the summer views whilst avoiding the direct sunlight.
Entering the house, you come through a large sun room, which is double glazed and has mosquito blinds and makes an amazing room for both the summer and winter.
This in turn, leads to the huge open plan living room and kitchen - which measures 10m by 5m - a huge impressive space. To the side of this are the two bedrooms (one ensuite bathroom) and the main family bathroom. If you wanted a third bedroom, there is pleny of space to put one in, and still maintain a large living room.
Cañada del Trigo is a lovely smalll village near Pinoso, but being in Murcia, is only 8% buying tax. There is a friendly restuarant bar in the village, and they get deliveries of fruit, veg, meat, bread and clothes as well.
