IMPORTANT: The main part of the house is in good condition, but the rear section, with the bedrooms, has some structural issues. This was caused by a major water leak, which washed away the main agregrate under the house, and as such, the house would, in our opinion, now require underpinning to ensure the stability or the rear section.
As you enter the main gates, you are greeted with a long driveway leading to the house, with trees to the side. The main house is 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a glazed in sun terrace to the front. The living room and kitchen is a large space, and fully open plan, giving a very spacious room. To the rear is a corridor with the two good sized bedrooms, and a large bathroom with a utility room, housing the washing machine and water heater.
Outside, in the garden, is the car port, wooden cabin, large above ground pool with filter system (untested, as not been used for a few years), a couple of storage rooms and guest house, one room with an en-suite bathroom.
