This country house is set in the hills above Petrer and benefits from amazing views of the valley and hills, most being national park status.
The house is accessed from a tarmac road only 5 minutes drive from Petrer with all the shops and amenities, plus the A31 motorway means you can arrive in Alicante city or airport in 30 minutes.
The house is set on the hill and is the last one, so nothing can be built behind it. You enter via a driveway with an electric gate, to the parking area and covered car port. There are several outbuildings and a large garage ( being used as a workshop now). The land is terraced on 3 levels and has easy access from each level.
You enter via a large glazed terrace with windows that open to the front and a door either end, this leads into the main living room, where there is a large wood burner, which can be used for heating and cooking.
From the living room there are doors to two bedrooms, both doubles, a large bathroom with shower and the kitchen, fully fitted with units and space for a table.
Access to the third bedroom is via a door to the outside ( but can be joined to the main house internally if wished)
The house does need some updating, but the biggest bonus is the views and location. There are neighbours around , so not isolated, but the garden is not overlooked and there is access from the rear directly onto the hills of the national park.
This is a gem of a house in a lovely location, just needing a bit of TLC.
