Downstairs, there is a large sitting area, a double bedroom, fitted kitchen with fireplace, a fitted bathroom and access to the outside patio and another building. There is a nice outside patio with a utility area. On the back of the out-buildings there is also a nice garden.
Upstairs in the house there are 3 double bedrooms.
It does need plastering and painting but nothing structural and you can walk to the lake. The village has a bank, local bars and shops etc plus schools, so a great location for a family and also ideal for holidays.
