A great house in this lovely country village of Santiago de Calatrava, not far from the towns of Martos and Baena. Its located on the edge of the village, so has great views of the countryside and doesn't overlook other houses.

The village has bars and shops within walking distance of the property and also has a lovely municiple swimming pool open throughout the summer months. There is also a popular restaurant here too. The towns of Martos and Baena are just a short drive away for even more shops and amenities. As with most Spanish villages and towns, several fiestas are held throughout the year here, so a real chance to immerse yourself in true Spanish culture.
This is ideal as a holiday 'lock-up and leave' home or for full-time living. It would rent well too for those looking for an investment opportunity. A great property that needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.
Santiago de Calatrava in Jaén is an attractive little town surrounded by olive groves to the west of the province. With less than 1,000 in habitants, except in the summer months when many return to the family house to escape the heat of summer in the larger towns and cities.
