The house has brand new uPVC windows fitted, new electrics, plumbing, flooring, and internal walls have all been plastered smooth etc. The new owner just needs to add the render of their choice to the outside, and install an up to date solar system (currently, the owners use a generator when they need power). Downstairs has two living rooms, with one being a large kitchen/diner/living space which is stunning. 3 of the bedrooms are downstairs, as is the current bathroom.
