The street entrance is at top floor level and there are stairs to either side of the house which give access to the apartments below. The house is currently configured as: Top Floor Apartment: lounge, small kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a small terrace with magnificent views.

Outside there is an easily-maintained stepped rockery garden and access from the house to the land, which is left completely natural. There is plenty of space for a swimming pool, subject to permission. As the access steps are quite steep the lower two apartments are not suitable for people with mobility problems. The apartments, which have recently been renovated, are furnished for holiday lets and the furniture is included in the price.

Location
Bubión is one of the three exceptionally pretty villages of the Poqueira Valley with basic shopping and all year round tourism. The other two villages, Capileira and Pampaneira are just a few minutes away by car or on foot along well-marked paths. The regional centre, Órgiva, with all facilities is only 30 mins drive away and the historic city of Granada can be reached in 75 mins. Málaga and the airport are under two hours away.
