This 3 bedroom country house in need of renovation is situated at the top of a hill overlooking the Rambla de Oria. The house is in three distinct parts, the first being a large room with fireplace which in the past served the area as a local shop and bar. The counter is still in place. On top of the old shop is a same size roof terrace with commanding views, and to the side of the steps is a water storage tank.
Between the shop and the main part of the house are some spacious rooms previously used as storage and for animals, these two rooms have good height and a door opens into a sheltered internal courtyard garden area. Across the courtyard there is an additional old animal building. This room would lend itself to a good sized storage area and the two rooms across the courtyard could make a one bed apartment.
The main house: the double wooden doors open into a hallway with on the left a very large room. These two rooms have new suspended ceilings but the original beams are still in place. From the hall an archway leads to an interior room, used as a kitchen with a large fireplace, a door from here opens into a smaller room and then on to the bathroom. The bathroom consists of a WC, basin shower tray and bidet.
To the other side of the kitchen a door gives access to a room used as a bedroom, from here the stairs give access to the first floor. The top of the stairs lead to a good sized room with a doorway to an adjoining room. Whilst not a large house, it could make a nice property with rental potential.
There is a small area of flat land round the house but the majority is sloping. A small building attached to one side of the property used to house the bread oven, but would make a great store room. An old access road could be re-opened to give access directly down to the rambla close to a popular bar.
