The property is typical Spanish style with all the room set over one floor but what is surprising is when you enter the property the rooms are far bigger than you would expect from the outside and having been there a couple of times i am still amazed how they all fit it
As you enter the property into the hall area there are large double bedrooms to either side and the large lounge directly in front of you with another good size double . As you pass through the lounge you come into the kitchen that is easily big enough to become a kitchen diner and to the very rear of the property is a pantry and the bathroom
Off the kitchen is a door leading to a small courtyard with a stair case leading you up to the massive roof terrace
The roof terrace was originally designed to put a second story and the property and the correct size steels have been put in so this can still happen and my plan would be to put a master bedroom with ensuite and keeping some of the roof terrace to enjoy the stunning views this property benefits from and i mean they are really stunning views
