It has a garage with a toilet and a storage room that is used as a laundry room. All the materials used are of the highest quality, the wooden doors and the aluminum exterior doors with double glazing. Outside there is veranda to enjoy the landscape and the wonderful sunsets as well as a swimming pool surrounded by grass. Access to the finca is through a private road, mains electricity is connected and water is provided by two very productive wells. The entire perimeter of the house is closed with a fence and a main entrance gate.
