We absolutely love Dream Crossing, its hard to find a house for sale in Spain with so much character and charm! Packed full of original features and with a nice sized patio at the back.
A large double fronted townhouse over two floors, with also a half basement off the patio. The downstairs is in ok condition mostly, although you will need a whole new roof (perfect you can put a terrace on the back for those awesome views!) Extensive work is needed, there is a roof in the kitchen coming in, but you would be rewarded with a large family home.
Downstairs are 4 rooms, with a small bathroom, there are two staircases one leading to a bedroom and the other leading up to the main part of the house which would have been the old grain store , outside is good sized kitchen room, and a further room off the patio, there is also a basement further round, under the kitchen. I would say its possible to get at least 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
