The Villa- one of our prestige range- is located on the outskirts of Arboleas and within a 5 minute drive to both Arboleas and Albox for your daily amenities including bars, cafes and restaurants. The larger supermarkets including English food shops are located in Albox. Arboleas has two Saturday markets and Albox has a Tuesday market and a smaller Saturday market. The Mediterranean coastal resorts of Mojacar, Vera Playa and Garrucha are a 25-30 minute drive. Almeria airport is 105km (1hr drive), Murcia airport is 132km (1hr, 15 min drive) and Alicante airport is 198km (2hr drive).

The property is fully walled and secure for your pets and there is an electric sliding gate and a pedestrian gate leading to the front covered porch and large driveway to the garages giving ample space to park a motor home or 2-4 cars. The large kitchen is modern and there is ample room for a small table and chairs. There is direct access from here into the double garage and adjacent is a laundry room housing the hot water gas boiler. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor each with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and the master bedroom has fitted wardrobes as well as a walk-in wardrobe/dressing area and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. There is also a family bathroom with bath. Upstairs is the fourth bedroom which is bright and airy and a door leads out to the magnificent terrace with mountain and countryside views. There is also a large storage area here. The gardens of 640m² have been beautifully designed for low maintenance with artificial grass around the swimming pool and fencing surrounding the pool area. There is ample room for sunbathing and dining al fresco. There is a pool pump room ideal for storage too.
